Scherzinger works out with Beverly Hills-based personal trainer, Adam Ernster, who prescribes plenty of running and dancing as cardio activity to keep weight down, alongside a specific lower-body workout for the singer.
Exercises include squats performed with an exercise ball, lunges with kettlebells and single-leg squats.

- Lie face down with your hips centered on a large exercise ball and your hands on the ground in front of you, elbows slightly bent.
- Bend your knees and press the soles of feet together.
- Lift your legs until thighs are parallel to the ground.
- Lower legs and repeat ten to 12 times.
